Sarah Speaks Up in Second Lawsuit Filed Against Google, YouTube, and Ex-Youtubers “Onision” and “Kai”

TECH GIANT ACCUSED AGAIN OF enablING YOU-TUBE PARTNERS onision and kaI IN PREDATORY ACTS

ORLANDO, FL [Press Release] (March 3, 2023) –The Haba Law Firm and The Marsh Law Firm have jointly filed a federal lawsuit against Google, YouTube, James Jackson (“Onision”), and Lucas Jackson (“Kai”), on behalf of Sarah. Onision and his spouse openly groomed and exploited Sarah when she was a child.

Google and YouTube enabled predators Onision and Lainey/Kai to openly target and groom Sarah with all their fans watching. Filed on March 2, 2023 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, this case Sarah v. Google LLC, et. al., marks the second case filed against Google, YouTube, and their partners Onision and Kai.

“YouTube ignored complaints about Sarah and other victims as they continued to profit from the enticement, grooming, and exploitation of children perpetrated by predator and YouTube partner, Onision,” said Lisa Haba, a partner at The Haba Law Firm.

Despite numerous complaints about Onision, and some specifically about Sarah, YouTube did nothing and continued to promote his deeply harmful online and offline behavior.

“This lawsuit demonstrates how tech companies, like YouTube and Google, fail to protect children and then use CDA 230 to excuse their inaction,” said Haba.

“We are proud to see Sarah join Regina in this fight for justice. These young women are seeking the accountability and protection they always deserved.” said Margaret Mabie, Partner at The Marsh Law Firm.

"This lawsuit is about a paid YouTube partner and the platform that enabled his abuse and CDA 230 does not provide immunity for this kind of indecency," said James Marsh Founder of the Marsh Law Firm.
